Sometimes I dream…

Sometimes I dream that we live in a world…

Where society is free from the concept of “other”
a world without judgement
One of total acceptance
Unity

Where we don’t align ourselves with a political party,
we align with the pursuit of freedom for all

Where we view different genders as partners in crime
Where our sexual preference is insignificant
Where we see people all across the globe as our brothers and sisters of the human race

Where we learn from children
We admire their perspective instead of teaching them how we Think they should see the world.

A Society where teenagers are considered trailblazers and futurists instead of rebels
Where their innovative imaginations aren’t suffocated by the chains of society.

When we’re Free from the conditioned beliefs of how something should be; what are the possibilities?

Sometimes I dream of a world where adults aren’t viewed as authorities, but as leaders; examples of how a child should treat themselves …and one another.

Where the only “achievement” we strive for is to leave the world better than we found it.

And I come back to an insecure society. A world thats stuck on repeat.
A problem-centric culture
firmly fixed on who or what is disrupting the peace

And so I dream of a world where we shift our perspective from the problem to the solution.
Not to try to see the future, but to see the possibilities.

Where working toward the solution doesn’t mean coming up with the master plan or starting a movement,
it means…
being kind,
accepting without judgement,
fighting for the underdog — for we, the people

Just fucking love.

If One generation has the power to change the world,
and One person has the power to make history
Could you Imagine if we all worked together?
